5 Things You Need To Prepare
Prepare your submission and submit before 15 September 2026.
1. Idea Name
A short, memorable name for the idea.
2. Abstract
Max 100 words explaining the real-life problem and digital solution.
3. Slide/PDF
Max 10 slides, starting with a cover slide.
4. URL to 2 Minutes Pitch Video
A short video explaining the idea and team.
5. URL to Prototype/Demo Optional
Mock-up, design or short demo.

Challenge Rules
  1. One team can only submit one project.
  2. Deadline:15 September 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  3. Teams where all members complete Digital Learning earn additional marks.
  4. Work must be original: credit any borrowed ideas, text, design or video.
  5. AI and digital tools may be used, but the team must understand and explain the project.
  6. Content must not be unsafe, offensive, discriminatory, political or religiously sensitive.
  7. Do not include another person's personal data without consent.
  8. Teams must ensure all submitted information, files and project details are complete, accurate and accessible.
  9. By submitting, teams agree that the organiser may use submitted details, materials, photos or videos for judging, reporting, promotional, educational and publicity purposes.
  10. Finalists and winners will be selected by the organiser based on judging criteria, submission quality, eligibility and overall programme considerations.
  11. All decisions by the judges and organiser on shortlisting, winners, prizes and disqualification are final.
  12. The organiser reserves the right to update, amend or adjust the challenge rules, timeline, judging process, prizes or programme details where reasonably necessary.
