IHH Healthcare Malaysia recently launched its A&E Nationwide Campaign across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor, bringing to life the theme of "Ready for You: Your Partner in Emergency Care." More than just a hospital event, this multi-region rollout was designed to empower General Practitioners (GPs) with the tools, insights, and network support needed to deliver faster, smarter emergency care.

With immersive tech zones, engaging panel sessions, and a high-impact launch gimmick, the event brought together medical professionals and the public to highlight IHH’s commitment to timely care and stronger referral pathways, building a more connected, responsive healthcare ecosystem for all.

We delivered a full-fledged, strategic campaign for IHH Healthcare Malaysia’s A&E Nationwide rollout — combining creative storytelling, immersive tech zones, and interactive engagement to empower GPs, strengthen referral pathways, and reinforce IHH’s leadership in emergency care across three major regions.

The event began with guests arriving at the registration counter, where they scanned a QR code for a smooth check-in process. Upon registration, each guest received a curated event kit.

Zone 1: Welcome & Engagement Hub

Right after registration, guests were drawn to the Welcome & Engagement Hub, the perfect icebreaker to kick off the event experience.

Here, attendees posed with creative medical-themed props and signage, capturing fun, shareable moments at the photo wall.

The Engagement Hub also featured a fun and interactive Light Signing experience using small handheld lights. Up to 6 guests could join in and draw simultaneously, creating glowing designs in the air that were captured in a 10-second video.

Once done, they simply scanned a QR code to instantly download and share their creation on social media, making it a light-hearted yet impactful way to spread the campaign spirit “Ready for You” beyond the event space.

Zone 2: Interactive Info Tech Zone

In this zone, guests were introduced to the Sense Station, an interactive display. With just a wave of the hand, users could navigate through key information, eliminating the need for physical interaction.

The station showcased IHH’s Triage System, Clinical Pathways, Emergency Physician Profiles, and the Emergen-Sync ePCR System.

It was an eye-opening experience that highlighted how technology is seamlessly integrated into emergency care, making processes more efficient and accessible.

Zone 3: Master A&E Challenge

Guests tested their knowledge in the Master A&E Challenge, an engaging quiz-style game focused on emergency care. Participants answered a series of interactive questions related to A&E scenarios, and at the end, they received a score showing how many answers they got right.

It was a lighthearted and educational experience that helped reinforce key emergency care insights in a simple, interactive way.

Zone 4: GP Connect Booth

At the GP Connect Booth, guests got a closer look at the GP Connect Programme, an initiative designed to strengthen collaboration between GPs and IHH’s emergency care services. The booth provided essential information on how the programme works, its benefits, and how it helps create a more connected healthcare network.

Guests were encouraged to sign up on the spot, making this booth a key touchpoint in turning awareness into action.

Zone 5: Hands-Only CPR Kiosk

In this hands-on zone, guests had the chance to test and improve their lifesaving skills at the CPR Kiosk. With guided instructions and real-time feedback, participants practiced proper CPR techniques on training manikins.

It was a practical and empowering stop that reminded everyone of the importance of being prepared, both in and out of clinical settings.

Zone 6: A&E Video Station

To wrap up the journey, guests visited the A&E Video Station, where they could explore a series of videos from each IHH hospital, offering a closer look at their emergency services in action.

Alongside the videos, the campaign’s key poster was proudly displayed, reinforcing the message of “Ready for You, Your Partner in Emergency Care.”

The IHH A&E Nationwide Launch brought healthcare professionals and communities together through engaging activities, hands-on experiences, and valuable insights into emergency care. It highlighted IHH’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with GPs and raising awareness about the importance of timely, quality emergency services.
