HP Malaysia’s “Putting the ‘I’ in AI” event at The Majestic Hotel brought the future to life through immersive and intelligent experiences. Guests were welcomed by a holographic HP Malaysia Managing Director, setting the tone for a journey through a history wall tunnel, an AI-hosted product showcase, and an interactive AI photobooth, each crafted to reflect the role of AI in enhancing human experiences.
The show-stopping moment came with a 3D immersive product video displayed on Malaysia’s largest hologram screen, cementing the event’s status as a first-of-its-kind tech showcase. It was a seamless blend of storytelling and innovation, affirming HP’s leadership in shaping the AI-powered future.
HP, a renowned multinational information technology brand, provides a wide range of hardware, software, and services to diverse consumers. We had the privilege of collaborating with HP on several local events, with the highlight being their spectacular product launch and awards night!
At this event, HP embraced the theme “Putting the ‘I’ in AI,” acknowledging the growing concerns many individuals have about AI potentially displacing jobs and creating uncertainty about the future. As a pioneering force from Silicon Valley, HP views AI from a broader perspective, recognizing its immense potential.
The objective of this event was for HP to convey its narrative as a frontrunner in the AI domain by introducing its innovative lineup of Intel-powered AI PCs in Malaysia. Through the launch of Intel Core Ultra processors, HP aims to reaffirm its position as a leader in the evolving hybrid work and entertainment landscape, showcasing its dedication to product innovation and commitment to the Malaysian market. The HP Malaysia event at the Majestic Hotel, themed ‘Putting the ‘I’ in ‘AI’, featured a morning product launch and an evening award ceremony dinner. A total of 550 invitees registered their attendance by scanning a QR code.
After scanning their invites, guests are welcomed by an interactive AI photo booth. They can take a selfie, and the AI photo booth will transform their photo into an amazing avatar of their choice.
Afterward, guests entered the hall and were captivated by the history wall, which offered an enchanting tunnel experience.
The event’s centerpiece was the grand unveiling of HP’s latest business laptops, consumer laptops, and printers, presented with a mesmerizing 3D hologram on stage. The immersive launch video, featuring an AI hologram, showcased the innovative new products, complemented by insightful presentations from HP Malaysia representatives. This captivating launch was followed by an elegant awards night dinner.
At the event venue, the guests were welcomed by the AI Host and they also could engage with HP products in the Product Experiential Zone. To create a more immersive experience, each zone was meticulously designed to match HP’s product lines, ranging from lifestyle and office setups to gaming environments.
During the evening session, the hall underwent a transformation for the awards night dinner setup. The evening commenced with a captivating hologram show, followed by an inspiring speech from HP representatives, and a delightful singing performance, and concluded with the prestigious awards ceremony.
Right after registering and scanning their QR codes, guests were welcomed to take pictures with the interactive photo wall, offering a unique photo opportunity.
Finally, after the awards ceremony, they celebrated their collective success on stage with cheers and applause for HP Malaysia.
