We had the privilege of collaborating with HP on several local events, but this one stood out as the ultimate highlight, an exclusive fusion of high-tech innovation and luxury.
With the theme “Find Your Drive”, this awards night reached new heights of prestige and sophistication. From a futuristic product showcase to an electrifying stage entrance, every element reflected HP’s vision for the future.
Guests were greeted with a smart registration experience through a QR code check-in system. With a quick scan, the event crew could instantly identify each guest’s shirt size and hand over the correct welcome gift, ensuring a smooth and personalized touch from the start.
The digital event dashboard also allowed guests to easily locate their assigned seats and access key event information, such as the agenda, ensuring they stayed informed and engaged throughout the evening.
More than just a spot for snapshots, the photo wall doubled as a mini showcase of racing legends and tech essentials. Guests could strike a pose while checking out a curated display of racer outfits alongside HP’s top-tier essentials.
The combination of speed, style, and innovation tied perfectly into the event’s high-performance theme, making it both a visual treat and an Instagram-worthy moment.
Three curated tables, each featuring HP latest AI-powered PCs, powered by Intel & AMD, and a cutting-edge HP printer, are all ready for hands-on exploration. From powerful laptops built for multitasking to sleek desktops made for performance, plus a smart printer that fits seamlessly into any workflow, attendees got the full experience.
Step into the spotlight like a racing superstar. Our AI Photobooth turned every guest into a digital racing icon, blending high-speed aesthetics with AI magic.
With custom-generated visuals inspired by the adrenaline and edge of Formula 1, each snapshot was more than just a photo — it was a whole vibe.
Guests walked away with their very own AI-personalized Racer portrait, ready to share and show off , and the excitement didn’t stop there. These portraits were also showcased on 3 massive LED screens, transforming the space into a dynamic AI Gallery where everyone could admire the futuristic looks in real-time.
Before hitting the main stage, guests made their grand entrance through a stunning red and blue arch tunnel, the perfect pre-show runway. With bold colors and sleek lighting, the tunnel set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

To keep the energy high, the stage came alive with two dynamic dance performances that lit up the crowd. With electrifying moves and vibrant beats, the dancers brought the hype and added a powerful burst of excitement to the entire event experience.
